1. Data we collect

• Account information: name, email, mobile number (optional), hashed password
• Usage data: prompts, generated images, style/settings preferences, generation history
• Payment data: processed by Razorpay/Stripe — we do not store full card numbers
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, cookies, log data

2. How we use your data

• To provide and improve the Service, including generating images from your prompts
• To process payments and send billing receipts
• To send OTPs, password resets, and important account notifications
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and content policy violations
• With your consent, to send product updates and marketing communications

3. Third-party processors

We share data with trusted processors strictly to operate the Service: Razorpay/Stripe (payments), our cloud image-generation provider, cloud storage (image hosting), and email delivery providers (OTP, receipts). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and optional analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings.

5. Data retention

Account and generation data is retained while your account is active. You may delete generations individually, or delete your entire account from Account Settings, which removes your personal data within 30 days except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records).

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time from Account Settings, or by contacting support@eunimart.in.
