1. Service description

Eunimart (“Eunimart”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Eunimart Private Limited and provides an AI-powered text-to-image generation service accessible via eunimart.in and related applications (the “Service”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable use & content policy

You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute content that:

• Depicts child sexual abuse material or sexualizes minors in any way
• Depicts non-consensual sexual content, or real individuals without consent
• Promotes or depicts extreme violence, gore, or self-harm
• Provides instructions for weapons, explosives, or other illegal or dangerous activities
• Infringes on the intellectual property or publicity rights of others
• Is otherwise illegal under applicable Indian or international law

Prompts are screened before generation. Repeated violations may result in credit forfeiture and account suspension without refund.

4. Ownership of generated images

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the images you generate. Free-tier images include a watermark and are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) grant commercial usage rights as described on our Pricing page. Eunimart does not claim ownership of your generated images, but may use anonymized prompts and outputs to improve the Service unless you opt out.

5. Credits, subscriptions & billing

Access to generation is metered by credits, granted via a free tier, monthly/annual subscriptions, or one-time credit packs. Subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Credit packs do not expire. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from Dashboard → Credits & Billing. Full billing terms are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or pose a security risk to the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eunimart Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City to be added], India.
